our story
History testifies that the beginnings of all great institutions were very humble. Simple and noble goals and the determination and dedication to achieve them are the basic functions behind the growth of New India Bible Church and New India Bible College. When we turn to the beginning and the growth of this institution within a few years, this becomes very meaningful. But when we meditate the Lord who made everything from void, there is nothing to be astonished.

It is with great joy and gratitude that I extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of New India Bible Church. Our church was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to be a beacon of light and hope to our community and nation through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
From our humble beginnings in 1973, we have witnessed God’s hand of blessing and provision, guiding us in every step of our journey. The growth of this church has been a testimony of His faithfulness, and it is a privilege to serve alongside such devoted believers.
At New India Bible Church, we believe that the foundation of our Christian walk lies in the Word of God, prayer, and fellowship. It is our prayer that you will find not only a place of worship here, but also a community where you can grow in your faith and experience the love and grace of God in a deeper way.
Our mission is clear – to plant churches, spread the message of salvation, and disciple the next generation of believers who will carry the light of Christ into every corner of the world. About the Church
The Heart of New India Bible Church
New India Bible Church is a Pentecostal church located in the heart of Kombady, Thiruvalla, Kerala. Established in 1974, the church was born out of a vision given to our founding pastor, Pr. Thomas Philip, with a deep calling to plant churches, evangelize India, and equip believers for service through the Word of God.
Our journey began humbly in 1973, when a group of passionate believers and graduates from New India Bible College came together to establish a church in the village of Kompady. Despite the challenges of limited resources and unfavorable circumstances, God’s grace was evident in the growth of the church. With the encouragement and support of fellow servants of God, the church registered in 1976 and began to grow, reaching more souls with the message of Christ’s love.
